For a designer it's a huge responsibility to design instruments that will be used by millions of people on a daily basis. That's why we believe in a user-oriented approach, in other words direct and constant communication with the end user in order to receive feedback and evaluation upon which to base our choices, both aesthetic and functional.
We believe that studying the ergonomics of a product means building the product around the human body and not the other way round; and so before we establish the shape we observe gestures and movements, fine-tuning through studio models that can be tested directly.
