The Aco range of boilers was designed after having identified the appropriate "family feeling" to communicate the values of the brand and the product. Even before proceeding to the design of each product, a preliminary study was carried out to identify the physical traits and the guidelines which would characterise the entire range, repositioning the image on the basis of precise marketing objectives, with the aim of making them recognisable as belonging to a single identity.
An in-depth study of the interface for Aco boilers was carried out only after having analysed the difficulties and "reticence" of users, in order to make them easier and more intuitive to set and use.
