A terminal dedicated to the collection and processing of data; a tool designed to make life easier and more intuitive for people who use it on a daily basis all over the world: holding it in their hand, carrying it on their body, fixing it to a vehicle and also using it for communication.The ergonomics of using the device - from holding it to the user-friendliness of the interface, via its weight and dimensions - were the main issues facing the design team and the Datalogic engineers.
Family feeling
The guidelines of the original product were extended to the entire range of mobile scanners, in order to underline their belonging to the brand and make them recognisable. By doing this, the design team made it easier to understand the entire system of devices, facilitating the user's movement between one terminal and another.
